Terms

Eversales is a trading name. It is not a registered company, and there is no corporate entity behind it. Your agreement is with Fadel Chit and Adam Kassem, personally, based in Beirut, Lebanon.

We say this plainly because it changes what you are buying from: there is no company to pursue, and no company sheltering us. If Eversales is registered as a company later, we will say so here, and moving an existing agreement to that company is something we would ask you about rather than announce.

Consulting. We design and install sales systems. What is included, what it costs and how long it takes are agreed in writing before it starts — that agreement is specific to you and takes precedence over anything general said here.

Courses. Access to course material, and where the course is taught live, a seat on the sessions of the schedule you choose. Buying a course gives you access to that course. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.

Access is granted per course, to you. Some courses keep their recordings for a stated period after the sessions; where that is the case the course page says so before you buy, and that is the period you are buying.

Your account is yours alone. Sharing sign-in details, or passing on course material, ends access without a refund — that is the one thing that genuinely costs us, because it is the whole product.

Missing a live session does not cost you the course. The recording is yours either way.

Prices are shown in US dollars. We do not take card payments on this site. You will be given a way to pay and a reference, and your access opens once we have confirmed the payment — by a person, usually quickly, but not instantly.

Until a payment is confirmed, an order is pending and nothing has been bought. If we cannot confirm a payment we will tell you rather than leave the order sitting.

We refund one thing: our own failure to deliver what you paid for. That means a confirmed payment where access was never opened and we cannot open it; a live course or a live session we cancelled with no replacement date and no recording; or paid material we withdrew for good with nothing to put in its place. If you have paid and the order is still pending — access not yet opened — you can cancel it for a full refund.

We do not refund a change of mind once access is open, dissatisfaction with the material or the teaching, not starting or not finishing a course, not passing the quizzes, a missed live session — the recording is still yours — or access ended because you shared an account or passed material on.

Changing which schedule you are on is never a refund and never costs anything. Ask and we move you.

None of this removes a right your own consumer law gives you and that cannot be signed away — in Lebanon, your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005 where a service is faulty or not as described. Where your law gives you more than this clause, it wins.

To ask, email legal@eversales.net from the address you bought with. A refund that is due goes back the way it came, sent by a person rather than a card processor, and we tell you when it has gone.

Finishing a course earns a certificate: every lesson watched, and every quiz passed where a course asks for one. It records what you completed and when. It is not an accredited qualification and does not claim to be.

A certificate has a public address so you can show it to an employer. We can withdraw one if it turns out it was obtained dishonestly — the page then says so rather than disappearing, because a link that vanishes reads as a forgery rather than a withdrawal.

Course material — video, slides, notes and questions — stays ours. You may use it for your own work and your own company. You may not republish it, resell it, or teach from it.

Anything you write into the product, including notes and messages, stays yours. What you build in your own business using what we taught you is entirely yours and we make no claim on it.

We do not guarantee a business result. Sales depend on your market, your product and your people, and anybody promising you a number in writing is selling you something else.

We do not promise the site is never down. We run it carefully and fix what breaks, and if an outage costs you material access to something you paid for, tell us and we will put it right — by extending access or refunding, whichever fits.

You can stop using Eversales whenever you like. What that entitles you to is in the refunds clause above — in most cases, nothing, because the course was delivered.

We can end your access for sharing an account, redistributing material, or abusing another person using the product — the acceptable use policy lists what crosses that line. We will tell you why, and there is no refund when access ends this way.

We will change these terms as the business changes — registering a company will be one such change. The date at the top is the day the words last moved. What you bought is governed by the terms as they stood when you bought it; we do not apply a new rule backwards to something already sold.

Under Lebanon's Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data, an agreement made online is as binding as one on paper. Pressing buy, or continuing to use Eversales after being shown these terms, forms the agreement.

These terms are governed by the law of Lebanon, and a dispute would be heard there — though this does not take away a consumer's right to the protection of a rule, or to go to a court, of the country where they live.
